1. Public website

This website is a public artist and experience gateway operated for Cognitive State Systems LLC. The current site does not include account creation, authentication, payment processing, behavioral advertising, or an active AI chat service.

2. Information processed automatically

The website is published through GitHub Pages and may use domain, DNS, security, caching, and delivery services. Those providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, and security logs according to their own policies and operational needs.

3. Audio and preview controls

The optional audio file and interactive preview are delivered from this website. Audio is off by default. Preview settings are used in the active browser session and are not presented as biometric or neurological data.

4. Analytics and cookies

The current release does not intentionally install third-party advertising pixels or a dedicated analytics product. Hosting or security providers may use technically necessary mechanisms. This policy should be revised before adding analytics, personalization, authentication, or form processing.

5. External destinations

The site links to affiliated and third-party domains, including SATA-CODA™, ZENOASIS™, ZEN-TECH™, DuME Beauty™, the SATA-CODA™ Community, GitHub Pages infrastructure, and other services. The privacy practices displayed at the destination govern activity on those domains.

6. Sensitive information

Do not attempt to send medical information, passwords, payment-card data, confidential business information, or other sensitive material through public URLs or query parameters.

7. Local inquiry preparation

The Global Connection Desk prepares an inquiry summary locally in the visitor’s browser. The website does not transmit or store those entries. The visitor chooses whether to copy the summary and continue to an approved external human request route. Do not enter passwords, payment information, health records, confidential documents, or proprietary materials.

8. Digital Guide interface

The Digital Guide shown on the site is inactive. It does not generate AI responses, transmit messages, store conversations, or imply that a human has reviewed anything. This policy must be revised before any active AI, form-processing, analytics, personalization, or storage service is enabled.

9. Questions

Human inquiries may be prepared through the Global Connection Desk and continued through the approved route shown for the selected purpose. General ecosystem questions may also use the ZENOASIS contact page.
