Creative and experience boundaries

1. Public artist and preview role

DJ GC77XR™ introduces sound, motion, and experience language. This site does not replace or impersonate the full SATA-CODA™, ZENOASIS™, ZEN-TECH™, DuME Beauty™, or SATA-CODA™ Community environment.

2. Educational and experiential use

The website and 90-second preview are educational and experiential. They are not medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, clinical care, neurological measurement, or a promise of a particular emotional, cognitive, physical, creative, or performance result.

3. Reset · Ignite · Integrate

Reset, Ignite, and Integrate are experience phases and a creative operating rhythm. They should not be interpreted as proof that the site detected, prescribed, or permanently changed an internal state.

4. 118 BPM sound layer

The 118 BPM audio layer is an optional creative pacing choice. No claim is made that this tempo synchronizes neural pathways, measures brain activity, produces a clinical frequency effect, or guarantees a state change.

5. Participant control

Audio is off by default. Visitors may adjust volume, select reduced motion, pause, or exit. Stop any audiovisual experience that feels uncomfortable and use appropriate professional guidance where relevant.

6. ZEN-TECH™ maturity

ZEN-TECH™ is presented as the Enterprise Deployment and Immersive Systems Lab: a governed environment for controlled prototype and pilot work. This site does not represent that a mature white-label platform, enterprise-security certification, proven operational scale, or validated enterprise outcome already exists.

7. Motorsport-inspired design

The telemetry, grid, sector, and timing language is a creative high-performance design reference. DJ GC77XR™, MICRO HAUS™, Cognitive State Systems LLC, and this website are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Formula 1, the FIA, any racing team, or any automotive manufacturer.

8. External products and transactions

Separate destinations may provide assessments, communities, pilots, beauty experiences, partner review, enrollment, payment, authentication, or other services. The description, terms, price, access period, refund or cancellation policy, privacy information, and disclosures shown at the applicable destination or checkout govern that transaction.

9. Intellectual property

Public access does not transfer ownership of original audiovisual material, source architecture, brands, marks, experience design, or proprietary materials. At the same time, visible public pages cannot technically prevent ordinary browser inspection, screenshots, or lawful references; confidential materials and secrets should never be placed in public source code.

10. Human and AI access

The public site distinguishes human visitors from AI and software agents. Machine-readable resources may be summarized and used for routing, but automated systems must identify their role, avoid impersonating a person, and must not claim human review, approval, or commitment when none occurred.

11. Inactive Digital Guide

The Digital Guide is an interface preview only. It is inactive and does not generate responses, collect messages, transmit information, store conversations, or provide live support. Any future activation requires separate review of routing, disclosure, security, privacy, human handoff, and data-processing practices.

12. Archive sound presentation

The “Original Virtual Briefing” is preserved as historical visual material. The original legacy narration is not presented in the current release. A contemporary instrumental sound bed is used to distinguish archival visuals from current approved language.
